Our terms are 30 days net

1.1 An administration charge for late payment of $10.00 (excluding GST) or 3% whichever is greater will apply to each overdue invoice.

 
1.2 This administration charge will be clearly noted on each invoice.

 
1.3 Penalties/Action for non-payment:

      a) 30 days outstanding - Temporary loss of facility may apply.

 
1.4 By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions you are hereby certifying that the information provided in your registration form is complete and accurate. Furthermore you are agreeing that this information has been furnished with the understanding that it is to be used to determine the amount and conditions of the credit to be extended.

1.5 ACSV reserves the right to conduct a credit check.
